Precipitated Silica

Silica is one of the most common chemical compounds. SiO2 crystals are found in nature in three polymorphic forms, the most common of which is quartz. The silica precipitation technology developed in India is a novel method for silica precipitation where the chemicals used are regenerated making it a closed loop operation. Successful studies for extraction of silica on laboratory scale which meet the industrial requirements have been carried out
Precipitated Silica Production plant with annual capacity of 3000 tons will require an investment around Rs.600 Lacs, according to consultants.
